December is a wonderful month, holidays coming up, seeing friends, eating lots of good food,reconnecting with family… ’tis the season to be jolly, as the carol goes. True for many.
For some, December can be a somewhat challenging month, working hard, not enough time off, tallying up the expenses, trying to figure out how to juggle family commitments, crowds in stores, the list goes on.

Care and Caution

During these changing times, we are hearing about so many different events and shifts. Some are very positive, others foretell doom and gloom. Finances are on the minds of most people as we see countries in trouble, banks pulling in reins. Whilst many are openly supporting Change for the better, others are apprehensive of what the future holds. How do we stay centered and calm when the future appears to be so uncertain? Let us look at ‘care’ and ‘caution’:

According to dicitionary. com,
Care is defined as
1. a state of mind in is trouble; worry, anxiety, or concern: He was never free from care.
2.a cause of worry, anxiety, concern, etc.: Their son has always been a great care to them.
3.serious attention; solicitude; heed; caution: She devotes great care to her work.
4.protection; charge: He is under the care of a doctor.

Interesting how there are both positive and negative charges to the same word, assuming worry is in the negative department.

Caution is defined as:
1.alertness and prudence in a hazardous situation; care; wariness: Landslides ahead—proceed with caution.
2.a warning against danger or evil; anything serving as a warning: By way of caution, he told me the difficulties I would face.

To me, the phrase ‘take care’ has far less charge than the word ‘caution’. Take care to me means “be aware, be mindful”. Being cautious has as element of fear attached to it. How about you?

The advice guides are giving these days and all along as far as I can remember is “Be aware”. I do not receive messages that say “ Beware!”

As you allow yourself to listen to the intuition of your heart, you may get ideas, feelings, ‘messages’ that guide you to be aware of certain situations in your life. As you pay attention and use this intuition, things have a way of working out.
Listening to brain based ideas may lead you to the “Beware!” department, depending on your state of mind. These ‘beware’ moments are to be welcomed for they give us the opportunity to grow and change. As we dissolve our worries and fears and we expand our awareness and become heart based, we grow in our steadfastness, our ability to be in the flow, to be calm even in the midst of chaos! As we allow ourselves to relax into the flow of our divine path, magic happens and events unfold in ways that may be totally unexpected and beyond the realms of our imagination. As 11.11.11. approaches and portals open even more, are you allowing yourself to step into the Divine You?

Another message from Quan Yin

Last month saw the beginning of a new format for my Quan Yin channelings – via telecast. Participants listened to my channeling and were then able to ask questions and have me channel the answers. ~ I want to share with you that after the channeling you did with Quan Yin my heart and life shifted immensely. I have been conscious of my heart being so closed and numb for such a long time and after the channeling I was able to open my heart and keep it open, and to be aware when I might be falling into an old pattern of shutting it down. Quan Yin! No surprises here really since she and I seem to have an ongoing connection. The interesting part was that when I initiated the survey on my facebook page I had not listed any Master or Angel and Quan Yin was the first to be suggested and got the most votes.

Sundays with Sandra: Receiving Light Codes

This month I started a new series of telecasts, Sundays with Sandra. I had been receiving several emails from clients asking me when I was going to be in town – in town being Toronto, Hong Kong, London, New York, the list goes on! With all my travel across the globe I looked for a way to reach people regardless of my physical location and that is how I came up with ‘Sundays with Sandra’ ( with lots of assistance from my guides!) Each week participants email me their questions and I spend the first two hours answering them. The last half hour, I open up the lines and field questions live. The sessions are recorded and many have let me know that it has been helpful to listen in again. This also means you can access these recordings if you are unable to participate at the scheduled time.
What happens on these Sundays, you ask? Apart from channeling insightful responses to the questions, I also channel sound healing with a specific purpose. June 5 saw The Flow Codes come through, June 12:The Alignment Codes, June 19:The Clarity Codes. I’d have to be a quantum physicist to be able to explain what is meant by coding – the easiest way I can explain it is to use an analogy of a computer. Sometimes we go to use a program and the coding is missing or the files are corrupted. With the sound healing I channel, energy is transmitted to provide missing files and correct misguided links.
This morning I received a song to facilitate correcting corrupt coding. This is like a virus scan program that checks the computer for unwanted files and neutralizes them. How do files get corrupted? They can get corrupted through many avenues some of which include life experiences (ever felt angry, sad or lonely) or through lineage trauma or DNA flaws.

Words of Encouragement

Yes, these indeed seem to be restless, unsettling times and for many, the future seems so uncertain. Money in bank accounts seems to be dwindling. If money is not a problem, then health challenges may be surfacing or other dissatisfactions in your lives are showing up. Please understand this is not an omen of even more terror to abound in your lives. Rather, as you shift through the old heavy, dense energies, what ever is holding you back is coming up to be cleared. You may have heard this from other sources so why are we repeating this information? We are coming through again to talk about this as many of you are inadvertently dwelling on the problems instead of the solutions! As you dissolve your heavier thought forms, as you focus on how you would like to be, watch the miracle of you happen! You may not yet have clear ideas of what you want – which way to turn regarding how you earn money, how to solve problems in relationships – even where to live can be an issue. Have you looked at whether you are allowing good things in your life?

Your conscious thoughts may appear positive, affirmations may be done on a daily basis and yet you may not be getting the results you want.

Look first to clear the roadblocks on your path to allowing magnificence in your life. If you are unable to achieve this on your own, then ask for the person who is to assist you to come into your life. Make time, spend that money you have been saving for a rainy day to work through this. The energy shifts on Earth right now support these changes. The time to work on this is now. The ideal time is now. Please understand, we are not rushing you, nor are we wishing to cause any sense of urgency for yes, it always can be done later, even in another lifetime. What we do want to inform you is that, energetically, this is an opportune time to be clearing these blocks. It is as if the sun has shone sufficiently to ripen the fruit and it is time to harvest the bounty. The bounty does not come in pots of gold or big mansions (although yes, those are indeed obtainable). The first harvest to mine the gold that is you. As that is achieved so you will see it reflected in your outer world.

You are supported continually and continuously from these realms even if you do not feel it. We bathe you in love – have you allowed us into your heart? Will you? Take a moment now, if you wish, to close your eyes, breathe in and allow Universal love into your whole being. It is only a breath away. Assistance is this close. Focus on allowing what you want in your life instead of working on pushing away what you do not desire.

First and foremost, where you find you are still struggling, allow yourself to ask for assistance. We are ever present to assist you and to introduce you to other humans who can guide you and assist you. Blessings.

Channeling: Message for the New Year

“ As this year ends and you enter into a new year – look back with ease. Yes, we say ease! For many shifts have occurred, some of them not easy at all and yet, there is no need to carry this discomfort forward to a new year. Instead, see all these trials for what they were – opportunities to shed old patterns and viruses in your ‘system’. Look upon all these situations as times when you chose to move through outdated models of how you were living your life. Step forward into this new year, truly allowing yourself to walk away from what has been and step into the model of how you would like to be. We are not talking about new year’s resolutions – instead we are talking about dissolving the old problems and allowing them to stay where they belong: in the past. The new moon energy of the next few days brings with it a surge of support energy for new growth, new ideas, new friendships, new opportunities. Avail yourself of these opportunities and allow yourself to step into 2011 with a new attitude! No need to rehash old problems over and over again, trying to “improve”. Instead, see these coming days heralding a new vista, a new window and create the view you would like to see. Focus on yourself and let others do the same. Spend some time creating that picture. We are here to support you and we can: show us your ‘picture’ for we are unable to support you with your goals unless you reveal them to us. Do not wait for us to show you what will make you happy. Instead, reveal to us the joy that is within you so we can assist you to manifest on the physical plane – a manifestation of how that inner joy would look in the outside world. It is with great joy that I come to you now to bring forth some messages to allay the fears and concerns of those who will read this, as this is a time of change but not a time of doom and gloom! You may ask, why is it I am exhibiting an emotion – surely a being of my frequency would not have any ‘feelings’. This being resonates at all times with joy and compassion for at this frequency there is nothing that would elicit a feeling one does not have. There are many who are relaying messages of hope, of explanation as to what is occurring on your planet right now so there is no necessity to repeat myself here. Instead I would like to use this forum to provide you with guidance as to how you can shift your consciousness so that you no longer resonate with the energies of fear and loss. This is a time of positive change, yes, positive change! How is it that losing one’s job or seeing one’s financial nest egg diminish could be positive? Well, dear ones, let me explain. Before I explain though, understand that even as you are reading this, I am showering you with love. Call it love, call it positive energy, call it encouragement, call it hope. Feel it now, infusing your being if you so desire. Yes, understand this energy called Universal Love is available to all! This is not some sentimental idea of love as you would read in a teenage romance novel. Please to understand we are not criticizing teenage romance – those are invaluable times for lessons to be learned of which we will discuss at another time. For that romance usually has an agenda “does he/she feel the same way about me as I do about her/him/him/her?” The love that we are bringing forth to you right now has no boundaries, no expectations/ no limits for it cannot be bound by anyone. There is nothing to give away and need back in return so that you do not become empty. As you understand that you are Love and you simply share who you are with others, you become compassion, you become understanding you become hope and there is no challenge to exhibit these qualities with others for there is no longer any need to fear losing anything. There are many beings of consciousness to assist you on this path of re-memory. You are never alone in your struggles. However, fear is the wall – the veil that keeps you apart from this re-memory. As you open up to receiving guidance so it will appear. Be aware that you may prevent yourself from receiving this guidance if you limit who you imagine to be a teacher or guide. Society has been given many structures to only receive guidance from ‘approved ‘ guidance. The certified teacher, guru, successful businessman and so on. Look to see who is guiding and teaching you right now. It could be your challenging relatives, your demanding boss, the homeless person you see every day as you go to buy your coffee. As you open your eyes to receive from all, so you will become rich. Yes, Heart Wealth has no limits. It cannot disappear like cash. As you understand the prosperity of Love so you will manifest the shifts in your physical world to feel truly wealthy. As Heart Wealth on your planet is realized , so you will see the correct distribution of physical wealth and no beings will have the necessity to suffer in any way whatsoever. This is Heaven on Earth. Earth is Heaven but only for some, right now – do you wish to experience your state of Heavenliness? We are here to assist you with this –some call it the path to enlightenment or the ascension process or moving up the dimensions. What it is called is unimportant. Humans have been going though this process since the beginning of time. The veil is getting thinner and thinner as more and more awaken to their own innate goodness. And we are ever present to guide you, showering you with blessings. There is no need to worship any deity in order to receive these blessings. However, saying a mantra will assist you to be in resonance with its frequency . For those who wish to engage more with my energy, you may simply call on me in whatever fashion appeals to you.
