‘Tis the season…

December is a wonderful month, holidays coming up, seeing friends, eating lots of good food,reconnecting with family… ’tis the season to be jolly, as the carol goes. True for many.
For some, December can be a somewhat challenging month, working hard, not enough time off, tallying up the expenses, trying to figure out how to juggle family commitments, crowds in stores, the list goes on.

I AM : The Season of Giving

As the month of December progresses, I see holiday decorations everywhere and the Spirit of the Season unfolding. I was encouraged to read about a family who celebrated a ‘fusion’ holiday as the family had different religious backgrounds and beliefs and somehow managed to make it all work with love and grace. For some Christmas has become a season of what to buy, who wants what etc and it is easy to get caught up in that giant vortex of needing more ‘stuff’. I agree that life is cornucopic and there is plenty in the Universe for all. The world as we know it today has yet to reflect a sense of balance of this wealth.
I just bought and watched the film “I AM”. Certain film critics were not impressed. I guess I saw something in the film they did not. It left me with an even fuller and open heart. Here is a trailer – if it arouses your curiosity, watch it online or get the DVD.
I feel it is a great film for all to watch this holiday season.
Easy you say, for Tom Shadyac to make this film, he had the resources and was able to travel around the world making this movie without having to be too concerned about how to get a crew together or fund this project. Also true, he didn’t have to, he could have just stayed home! So, my thanks go to Tom for wanting to make this contribution to the world.
To all the social documentarians out there who are working with far less support, financial and otherwise, keep on following your passion! We want to see your movies!
Let’s celebrate this season with mindfulness and sharing and may this expand through 2012 and beyond.

Usually this is on my website calendar – today however as I sit in the lounge at JFK I have time to post this quickly before I board my flight for Hong Kong. For those of you who are not on facebook, here is a quick summary of the information for this coming Sunday’s telecast : Be Clear Now, part 1 in a series of telecasts on Practical Energy Management.

Daily Karma

Many say what goes around comes around. This applies to good deeds as well as unwanted events. This morning I was on facebook and someone had mentioned on her wall that a person had pulled up all the flowers from her relatives’ grave and thrown them all around. Postings followed filled with indignation, anger, “they’ll get what’s coming to them’ type of energy. All very natural under these circumstances. Reading this post reminded me of the time that someone stole the Christmas decorations from our baby’s grave. I had a hard time believing someone could stoop that low! Her much more enlightened father said to me “ You know Sandra, Kirsten doesn’t need these where she is. Perhaps the people who took it could not afford a tree.” This shifted me to a whole new place, away from anger, wanting justice to prevail or a heavy heart filled with sorrow. Instead I chose to see a family around that little tree, enjoying it. And I stopped myself from buying into more karma! Would I have taken away something from that person in a future life? Or had I already done that and was this payback? We will never know for sure. All I do know is that I was no longer upset by the incident when I looked at it in a different Light.
Back to the flowers around the grave in that facebook post: they didn’t even take the flowers, they were just scattered all around. They were WASTED! Or were they? There was no camera there to record the incident. Had children been playing and tossing them around, dancing? Was it a raccoon or other animal foraging? We aren’t sure. It is so easy to assume the worst. So, let’s assume the worst. Some vandals came along, didn’t care at all and were bent on damage and destruction! Okay, that is really upsetting. What can be done? Call the police to patrol the area? Ask if anyone saw anything? What can be DONE TO THEM? Well, how about clearing yourself first? Clear the shock and upset. Did that trigger something? In my case I remembered about my own incident and it did not upset me, showing me I no longer had any unwanted feelings attached to that episode. We can care about something and stay centered when we have cleared the trauma around similar circumstances.
The Heart Metta Protocol I developed usually works for these sorts of upsets if you get thrown off centre. After clearing yourself, can you find it in your heart to be forgiving and send them a blessing? Here is a simple blessing: May you be happy, may you be well, may you be free from suffering. May you be filled with self-knowledge. After all, if they were wise and self- actualized they would not be vandals. And you just saved yourself from getting caught up in a wheel of ‘payback/ I need to understand this situation from a different perspective’ Karma. Freedom from the unending karmic wheel we create on a daily basis. Namaste.

Sundays with Sandra: Receiving Light Codes

This month I started a new series of telecasts, Sundays with Sandra. I had been receiving several emails from clients asking me when I was going to be in town – in town being Toronto, Hong Kong, London, New York, the list goes on! With all my travel across the globe I looked for a way to reach people regardless of my physical location and that is how I came up with ‘Sundays with Sandra’ ( with lots of assistance from my guides!) Each week participants email me their questions and I spend the first two hours answering them. The last half hour, I open up the lines and field questions live. The sessions are recorded and many have let me know that it has been helpful to listen in again. This also means you can access these recordings if you are unable to participate at the scheduled time.
What happens on these Sundays, you ask? Apart from channeling insightful responses to the questions, I also channel sound healing with a specific purpose. June 5 saw The Flow Codes come through, June 12:The Alignment Codes, June 19:The Clarity Codes. I’d have to be a quantum physicist to be able to explain what is meant by coding – the easiest way I can explain it is to use an analogy of a computer. Sometimes we go to use a program and the coding is missing or the files are corrupted. With the sound healing I channel, energy is transmitted to provide missing files and correct misguided links.
This morning I received a song to facilitate correcting corrupt coding. This is like a virus scan program that checks the computer for unwanted files and neutralizes them. How do files get corrupted? They can get corrupted through many avenues some of which include life experiences (ever felt angry, sad or lonely) or through lineage trauma or DNA flaws.

Leaking Energy

As I was reading an email this morning with regards to joining a meditation to stop the oil leak, I received this message from the Galactic Council:

There is so much information circulating right now, so many meditations to assist with the oil spill, the clean up, righting the wrongs and so on. All is valid, all is true.

You are so used to focusing on what to DO. Most of the people reading this would agree with Oneness. We have a suggestion as to how you can be in order to assist the present situation. With Oneness, would it not be useful to look at where you are leaking your energy? As you stop leaking would this not assist Mother Earth from leaking?

Here are some areas where you can review where you are leaking your energy:

Your protests – do you spend a lot of time focusing on what you do not want? Are you still spending energy talking about something that happened years ago? Are you spending energy staying angry at someone? Are you spending energy worrying about the future? Are you spending energy trying to make someone agree with you? Can you allow them to have different opinions?

We suggest you observe where your energy is spent. Is it constructive? Does it serve you? Or is it non- serving causing you to feel upset?

As you shift your focus to how you can be – more at peace, more forgiving, more hopeful, more understanding so you become a role model for all those around you to shift as well. As you shine your Light so you assist others to see through the darkness.

Where is your heart bleeding now? There are times when it is difficult to see through the oily film of illusion – the solution to problems seems to be distant and improbable. Seek assistance, call on us for Guidance, seek assistance from those who guide in the earth realm.

Just as quickly as chaos happens so it can cease. We bathe you in love.

Expect the unexpected

For the past month I have been hearing the phrase ” Expect the unexpected” from my guides.” I have been getting numerous downloads and with my hectic travel schedule, posting articles on this site has been on the ‘to do’ list and not done! Well, the Universe has a way of giving us the unexpected as I slipped and broke my ankle the day before I was due to leave Hong Kong . I now have a full cast on and as a result, all flights are postponed. (I flew back with a tensor bandage on, with plans to get it xrayed once I got back to Toronto). Now that I am back in Toronto I have time to catch up on posting all my channelings. I am also continuing with private sessions by phone or skype so if you already have one scheduled, those are going as planned. Also, since my workshops are postponed, I have more time slots available for private sessions. Whist my fibula got broken, my channeling and session faculties are all intact. (I checked with my guides!) I look forward to continuing to be of service to you. And yes, I have had plenty of rest and am looking after this wonderful physical body. I have received a lot of energetic assistance already. If you feel you would like to be of assistance – please simply send love – that is always welcome! Many thanks!

You may have heard the phrase ‘What you resist persists!’ If you are at all discouraged that you have not been able to move through some old habits, or if you feel you really cannot break free from procrastinating take heart. Miracles do happen! It is a miracle for me to see this blog actually take physical form.

After years ( yes years!) of planning to share information but always finding myself busy doing other things I have managed to break through whatever was preventing me from doing this. I have so many people to thank for their encouragement, prodding, technical assistance etc but most of all I have to thank my guides. Because without them I would have nothing of any importance to post!

This is what I would like to share with you – the wisdom of the Ascended Masters and Higher Beings so you can develop your intution fully. As you get more clarity and use your intuition everyday you will find it easy to make all those decisions you wish you didn’t have to make and worrying will beome a thing of the past. I hope you find the information I post will bring a smile to your face ( sometimes), challenge your limiting beliefs ( sometimes) and be of some use to you ( all the time).

I welcome your feedback and questions and am getting my channelings posted pronto!
