Jet Lag Protocol
When travelling, there are many factors to be taken into consideration when flying from one time zone to another. In addition to following recommendations already available regarding hydration, diet and exercise during the flight, Sandra has developed a protocol that has totally eliminated any symptoms of jet lag when she flies. She has shared this jet lag protocol with others who have reported it has worked for them.
Take these simple steps to reduce and possibly eliminate jet lag the next time you fly:
1. There is the actual physical stress to your body when you travel by plane.
The changes in air pressure stress the nervous system which causes stress on other systems in the body. Frequent flyers notice not only fatigue and disturbances in sleep patterns but may also notice hormone imbalances as well as other metabolic disturbances. In order to compensate for this, one can use the example of the human body being like a computer. Just as one can set up system restore points to a computer before working on one – we can do the same with our bodies.
Before flying, take a few minutes to ensure you are in as calm a state as possible. Next, set a system restore point for your body ie. This is the state of your body that you wish to return to after the flight. If you are feeling stressed at the thought of travelling, set your restore point to a time when you remember you felt great. Before take-off, tell your body it is about to experience changes in air pressure so it is prepared for these changes. Just by telling our bodies to prepare for this reduces the amount of stress to the body.
After landing and when you are settled in your new location, ask your body to do a system restore to the ‘restore point’ made prior to flying. Have a few sips of water after doing this.
2. The next issue to be dealt with is the change in time zones. The human body is very clever; it can automatically adjust to time zones if the request is made! For every 3 hours or less of time difference, it is necessary to make one circadian rhythm adjustment. eg. for a time zone difference of 8 hours, three adjustments are necessary.
Around 3 hours after take-off, connect with Higher Beings of Light and ask Source, (God, the Creator, the Universe or whoever you wish to address): “Please align my circadian rhythms to those of the time zone of where I am now.”
Repeat this as necessary for the duration of your flight, the last one being
just as you land.
If the time zone difference is less than three hours, only one adjustment is needed and it can be made when landing. It is not necessary to stay awake in order to make the adjustments at a specific time. If you find you fall asleep for a few hours, you can make the adjustment when you wake up. Sandra noticed that her body could not make a twelve hour adjustment in one step and the optimum for her was one per three-hour time difference. It is unnecessary to know the actual time of where you are. Remember to adjust your watch when you land. This tells your body you are in ‘local time’.
3. When you are in an enclosed space like a plane you are bombarded with ‘metal energy’ and this also stresses your body. After getting off the plane, do the following exercise outdoors. It is important to be outside as if was done this inside, there is the possibility of draining other people’s energy during the clearing.
Stand with your legs a shoulder width apart and place your hands together with fingertips touching, keeping your palms apart. Elbows are out at almost shoulder height. Inhale, and as you exhale brings your elbows down, pressing your hands together, ‘squeezing’ out this metal energy. The action is like that of bellows or an accordion. Bring your hands so that palms are ALMOST but NOT touching. Repeat this around five times until you feel this energy has been removed.
This is also a good exercise after a long drive in the car.
4. Finally, every place vibrates at a different frequency. You may have already
noticed the ‘vibe’ of New York is very different from that of the Virgin Islands. You function better when your frequency is in harmony with your location.
Again, connecting to Higher Beings of Light, ask “Please harmonize my frequency with this location. I am now in…. ( name location).Please also harmonize my frequency with all the Universal Changes that are taking place now.”
As you make these adjustments you may notice shifts in your energy similar to those that occur when you use other energy modalities, eg. you may yawn, sigh, burp, or your eyes may water. Some notice a feeling of relaxation whilst others may not notice any changes at all. Shifts may occur even when there are no detectable signs.
For any of these adjustments, if you do not resonate with the concept of Higher
Beings, simply set the intention in your mind that you are carrying out the
adjustments. It will still work.
