As I was reading an email this morning with regards to joining a meditation to stop the oil leak, I received this message from the Galactic Council:

There is so much information circulating right now, so many meditations to assist with the oil spill, the clean up, righting the wrongs and so on. All is valid, all is true.

You are so used to focusing on what to DO. Most of the people reading this would agree with Oneness. We have a suggestion as to how you can be in order to assist the present situation. With  Oneness, would it not be useful to look at where you are leaking your energy? As you stop leaking would this not  assist Mother Earth from leaking?

Here are some areas where you can review where you are leaking your energy:

Your protests – do you spend a lot of time focusing on what you do not want? Are you still spending energy talking about something that happened years ago? Are you spending energy staying angry at someone? Are you spending energy worrying about the future? Are you spending energy trying to make someone agree with you? Can you allow them to have different opinions?

We suggest you observe where your energy is spent. Is it constructive? Does it serve you?  Or is it non- serving causing you to feel upset?

As you shift your focus to how you can be – more at peace, more forgiving, more hopeful, more understanding so you become a role model for all those around you to shift as well. As you shine your Light so you assist others to see through the darkness.

Where is your heart bleeding now? There are times when it is difficult to see through the oily film of illusion – the solution to problems seems to be distant and improbable. Seek assistance, call on us for Guidance, seek assistance from those who guide in the earth realm.

Just as quickly as chaos happens so it can cease. We bathe you in love.

For the past month I have been hearing the phrase ” Expect the unexpected” from my guides.” I have been getting numerous downloads and with my hectic travel schedule, posting articles on this site has been on the ‘to do’ list and not done! Well, the Universe has a way of giving us the unexpected as I slipped and broke my ankle the day before I was due to leave Hong Kong . I  now have a full cast on and as a result, all flights are postponed.  (I flew back with a tensor bandage on, with plans to get it xrayed once I got back to Toronto).  Now that I am back in Toronto I  have time to catch up on posting all my channelings. I am also  continuing with  private sessions by phone or skype so if you already have one scheduled, those are going as planned.  Also, since my workshops are postponed, I have more time slots available for private sessions.  Whist my fibula got broken, my channeling and session faculties are all intact. (I checked with my guides!)  I look forward to continuing to be of service to you.  And yes, I have had plenty of rest and am looking after this wonderful physical body. Although we are already into the second month of 2010, we are still very much in the energy of a brand new year. Many say the energy of the new year actually begins in Spring.  Happy New Year!   I would like to start off by thanking all of you for all the wonderful moments we had together in 2009! I had a great year living on both sides of the globe and I lost count of my numerous flights. Words cannot do justice to all the support I received from so many people – you have my heartfelt thanks and gratitude.

2009 brought me new projects and new locations. It was an honour to work with Burmese refugees in  Kuala Lumpur and a friendship has now been forged. Doing sound healing with the children there was really rewarding and their comments were priceless!   Last month I was thrilled to be invited to Thailand and with that came the opportunity to work with children again. It was so awe inspiring to see a seven old boy with multiple challenges respond and improve tremendously after only two sessions – something I could only have dreamt of in my physiotherapy days! Life IS Sweet!

Many of you may have noticed that change is coming fast and furiously. Now more than ever, it is necessary to be able to stay centered amidst all the chaos. Sometimes we initiate the changes and other times it seems we are in a flow where we have little say in the matter. However, we can always decide how we are going to handle the changes we are experiencing. In order to do that, we need to have adequate tools. This prompted me to develop a new event and after listening to my guides Life is Sweet was born.

Do you love going on a trip but find it difficult to cope with the time change? Some people have no problems at all with jet lag. They can sleep on the plane and are fine when they land.

Others seem to take days to recover from jet lag. I love flying – no matter how many  flights I have, no matter how long the line ups are at airports – I still find it fun. When  I am on board, I settle into my little space, armed with my handy dandy clearing spray, at least one bottle of water, several snacks, my own blanket, headphones, and SUDOKU! Time flies when you are figuring out where all those numbers go.

This way I can still amuse myself even if I have seen all the movies! All my flying has given me lots of opportunities to come up with ways to eliminate jet lag. Initially I only worked on the time difference. Gradually I added other steps until I achieved a system that works really well.  Try it the next time you fly and let me know how you get on. Bon vol!

I love the energy of Quan Yin (Kuan Yin). Quan Yin is gentle, ever loving and ever unwavering. For those of you who are new to Quan Yin’s energy she is known as the Goddess of Mercy and Compassion. Quan Yin is the female form of Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva.

A rough translation of Quan Yin’s name is ‘One who hears the cries of the world’.

You may be wondering how Quan Yin came into my life. If you aren’t at all interested – skip reading this and go straight to her message in the post below.

Gifts come in strange ways! I was brought up Anglican, sang in the church choir etc but over the years I began to feel distanced from religion per se. It was not as if I lost God, I just never felt really connected. In 1996 I had a huge spiritual epiphany and a few months after that, my father came back into my life after a forty three year absence. I only got to spend one weekend with him before he passed away that same year.

As it turned out we had a great time chatting because he was interested in all the things I enjoyed and I got to hear his version of how he became to be absent from my life for so many years. It was great to have a relative who was interested in the same things I was!

Here was a guy who was doing chi kung at eighty! I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to welcome by father back into my life, however brief physically. A few months after his passing my ‘new’ siblings sent me his books and tapes they felt would be of interest to me. Among all the books were a couple of beautiful artifacts wrapped in old cloth.

Gifted to me were a statue of a Chinese scholar and a beautiful figurine of Quan Yin. My heart had been open to receive the return of a father who had been absent for forty three years and I now understand this helped me to be able to resonate with Quan Yin.

I was already channeling several Higher Beings at that time and shortly after this I began channeling Quan Yin, Lao Tzu, ZhuangZi and one of the Immortals Ho Hsien Ku ( He Xiangu). I am very grateful these Beings are now back in my life. I love their pragmatism. They don’t give a hoot how many lifetimes it takes you to remember who you are! They are simply there whenever you are ready to listen.

A note on spelling – I use the spelling in my channel sessions as it comes to me, hence the spelling Avalokitesvara. You will also see it on the net as Avalokiteshvara.

My goal is to be a pure channel so what you read is what I get without revision.

It is with great joy that I come to you now to bring forth some messages to allay the fears and concerns of those who will read this, as this is a time of change but not a time of doom and gloom!

You may ask, why is it I am exhibiting an emotion – surely a being of my frequency would not have any ‘feelings’. This being resonates at all times with joy and compassion for at this frequency there is nothing that would elicit a feeling one does not have.

There are many who are relaying messages of hope, of explanation as to what is occurring on your planet right now so there is no necessity to repeat myself here. Instead I would like to use this forum to provide you with guidance as to how you can shift your consciousness so that you no longer resonate with the energies of fear and loss. This is a time of positive change, yes, positive change! How is it that losing one’s job or seeing one’s financial nest egg diminish could be positive? Well, dear ones, let me explain.

Before I explain though, understand that even as you are reading this, I am showering you with love. Call it love, call it positive energy, call it encouragement, call it hope. Feel it now, infusing your being if you so desire. Yes, understand this energy called Universal Love is available to all!

This is not some sentimental idea of love as you would read in a teenage romance novel. Please to understand we are not criticizing teenage romance – those are invaluable times for lessons to be learned of which we will discuss at another time. For that romance usually has an agenda “does he/she feel the same way about me as I do about her/him/him/her?” The love that we are bringing forth to you right now has no boundaries, no expectations/ no limits for it cannot be bound by anyone.

There is nothing to give away and need back in return so that you do not become empty. As you understand that you are Love and you simply share who you are with others, you become compassion, you become understanding you become hope and there is no challenge to exhibit these qualities with others for there is no longer any need to fear losing anything. There are many beings of consciousness to assist you on this path of re-memory. You are never alone in your struggles. However, fear is the wall – the veil that keeps you apart from this re-memory.

As you open up to receiving guidance so it will appear. Be aware that you may prevent yourself from receiving this guidance if you limit who you imagine to be a teacher or guide. Society has been given many structures to only receive guidance from ‘approved ‘ guidance. The certified teacher, guru, successful businessman and so on. Look to see who is guiding and teaching you right now. It could be your challenging relatives, your demanding boss, the homeless person you see every day as you go to buy your coffee. As you open your eyes to receive from all, so you will become rich.

Yes, Heart Wealth has no limits. It cannot disappear like cash. As you understand the prosperity of Love so you will manifest the shifts in your physical world to feel truly wealthy. As Heart Wealth on your planet is realized , so you will see the correct distribution of physical wealth and no beings will have the necessity to suffer in any way whatsoever.

This is Heaven on Earth. Earth is Heaven but only for some, right now – do you wish to experience your state of Heavenliness? We are here to assist you with this –some call it the path to enlightenment or the ascension process or moving up the dimensions. What it is called is unimportant.

Humans have been going though this process since the beginning of time. The veil is getting thinner and thinner as more and more awaken to their own innate goodness. And we are ever present to guide you, showering you with blessings. There is no need to worship any deity in order to receive these blessings. However, saying a mantra will assist you to be in resonance with its frequency .

For those who wish to engage more with my energy, you may simply call on me in whatever fashion appeals to you. I am known by many names, Quan Yin, Kwan Yin, Kun Yum, White Tara and many more. Others know me as Avalokitesvara.
Many recite this mantra to be aligned with my energy – Om Mani Padme Hum.

I am ever present and am in service to all.

You may have heard the phrase ‘What you resist persists!’ If you are at all discouraged that you have not been able to move through some old habits, or if you feel you really cannot break free from procrastinating take heart. Miracles do happen! It is a miracle for me to see this blog actually take physical form.

After years ( yes years!) of planning to share information but always finding myself busy doing other things I have managed to break through whatever was preventing me from doing this. I have so many people to thank for their encouragement, prodding, technical assistance etc but most of all I have to thank my guides. Because without them I would have nothing of any importance to post!

This is what I would like to share with you – the wisdom of the Ascended Masters and Higher Beings so you can develop your intution fully. As you get more clarity and use your intuition everyday you will find it easy to make all those decisions you wish you didn’t have to make and worrying will beome a thing of the past. I hope you find the information I post will bring a smile to your face ( sometimes), challenge your limiting beliefs ( sometimes) and be of some use to you ( all the time).
