Do you love going on a trip but find it difficult to cope with the time change? Some people have no problems at all with jet lag. They can sleep on the plane and are fine when they land.
Others seem to take days to recover from jet lag. I love flying – no matter how many flights I have, no matter how long the line ups are at airports – I still find it fun. When I am on board, I settle into my little space, armed with my handy dandy clearing spray, at least one bottle of water, several snacks, my own blanket, headphones, and SUDOKU! Time flies when you are figuring out where all those numbers go.
This way I can still amuse myself even if I have seen all the movies! All my flying has given me lots of opportunities to come up with ways to eliminate jet lag. Initially I only worked on the time difference. Gradually I added other steps until I achieved a system that works really well. Try it the next time you fly and let me know how you get on. Bon vol!
